Зміст
Оплата здійснюється Замовником шляхом післяоплати протягом 10 календарних днів з дня фактичної поставки товару на склад Замовника на підставі належним чином оформлених документів (накладної, рахунка–фактури, тощо) у 100% розмірі. У разі затримки бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на рахунок Замовника, оплата за поставлені за Договором товари, здійснюється Замовником протягом 10 календарних днів з дня надходження таких коштів. При цьому штрафні санкції до Замовника не застосовуються. Розрахунки за поставлені товари здійснюються за рахунок коштів загального та спеціального фонду місцевого бюджету.
