Зміст
Можливе здійснення попередньої оплати (аванс) на підставі чинного законодавства у терміни і в розмірах визначених ним. Попередня оплата здійснюється в межах 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014р. №117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» терміном не більше календарного місяця. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі актів виконаних робіт по формі КБ-2, підписаного уповноваженими представниками Сторін. По закінченні зазначеного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику з нарахуванням річної відсоткової плати на рівні облікової ставки НБУ із застосуванням коефіцієнту 1,2.
