- Change in the unit's price, an increase in the unit's price of goods to 10 percent in proportion to the increase in the price of such goods on the market in the event of fluctuations in the price of such goods on the market, provided that such change does not increase the amount specified in the procurement contract, - not more than once every 90 days from the moment of signing the procurement contract. Restrictions on the terms of price change per unit of goods do not apply in cases of changes in the terms of the contract for the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel, gas and electricity

Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", та у відповідності до п. 13.3 Договору, у зв'язку з підвищенням ринкових цін на нафтопродукти, що підтверджується Постачальником довідками ДП "Державний інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків" (ДП "Держзовнішінформ"): № 122/222-4 від 06.05.2021 р., 122/297-1 від 06.05.2021 р., Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору (про зміну ціни за одиницю Товару не більш як на 10 %) та дійшли згоди встановити таку ціну за одиницю Товару та викласти Специфікацію (Додаток №1 до Договору) у новій редакції.

Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", та у відповідності до п. 13.3 Договору, у зв'язку з підвищенням ринкових цін на нафтопродукти, що підтверджується Постачальником довідками ДП "Державний інформаційно-аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків" (ДП "Держзовнішінформ"): № 122/297-3 від 19.05.2021 р., 122/408-2 від 19.07.2021 р., Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору (про зміну ціни за одиницю Товару не більш як на 10 %) та дійшли згоди встановити таку ціну за одиницю Товару та викласти Специфікацію (Додаток №1 до Договору) у новій редакції.
