У зв’язку відсутністю бюджетного фінансування у поточному році та введенням об'єкта в експлуатацію, керуючись п. 1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі за Договором, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, визначивши його у розмірі 231 135 958,50 грн., що дорівнює загальній вартості робіт.
